Item-level targeting not working as per expected

Hi,

I am checking the folder exists on item-level targeting, and I am realise it will not work when there is a file same name but no extension.
(e.g. the folder c:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe exists, but it will not working if there is a Adobe file no extension at c:\Program Files (x86))

I thought it suppose detect only folder, but it is not working.
