deploy setup.exe software

Hi all,

Mixed Windows 2003 & Windows 2008 DCs

I need to deploy software with setup.exe to users.  I thought I can try group policy.  but GPO only uses msi. 

What other options I can have to deploy software(setup.exe) to users?
