Windows Server 2012 Components and Features in network with WSUS and 2008R2-based domain controller

Hi! I have a working domain based on two domain controllers with Windows Server 2008R2 on them, also I have a WSUS server properly working on my network. I've tryed to install two new servers on new modern 2012 Servers, and now I have a problem - when I'm trying to install additional Roles and Features, it ends up with an error. In WindowsUpdate.log on this servers I have messages, that system cannot find some components. After exploring Internet for a while, I understood that on Windows Servers 2008-2012 additional roles and features installed from windows update sources, and there is an option in Group Policy Objects named "Specify settings for optional component installation and component repair", and there I can choose option "Contact Windows Update directly to dowload repair content instead of Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)". But, as I know, this option apperas only in 2012 DC. So the question is - where can I find administrative template for my version of AD? Is it exists, or do the only think I can do is update my domain controllers to 2012 and rise AD level to it? Or, maybe, there is an ability to download such features and roles by WSUS? I've found an administrative templates for Windows 8 and 2012 pack on microsoft site, but there are only .adml files, and I can't apply them to my system.
