Configure Auditing on GPOs

I need to set the following auditing on all the GPOs in my domain.

TYPE               NAME                      ACCESS                          APPLY TO

Fail                 Everyone                All Access Types             Object and all child objects

Success         Everyone                 Modify Permissions        groupPolicyContainer objects

I can set this if I select each policy individually, but if possible, I would like to set all my domain GPOs at once. I would also like to have these auditing settings as defaults for when I create new policies. Does anyone know a way of getting this done?
