Windows 7 - Group Policy Software Install installing Software message does not appear?

Hi,

As with XP when software is being installed at start-up a note comes up saying that software is being installed. With Windows 7, this message does not appear. I have enabled this setting:

Computer Config - Policies - Admin Templates - System - Policy:Verbose vs normal Enabled

This still does not show a message on install. How do i enable this?

DC - 2008 R2

OS - Windows 7 Enterprise SP1
