don't applied my changed password in preferences local user and groups

i was create a local user in Preferences in GPMC named "master" with a password ! it was work successful

 i want to change the password but it not applied on that i was try in update action and replace! and also i was delete last user and  i create new user and new password but it's not work properly! help me pls :)
