Preference - Internet Settings checkboxes grayed-out

Hi,

I am creating a Preference Internet Settings from a Windows 2012 Domain Controller.

I need to select the checkboxes "Automatically Detect Settings" and "Use automatic configuration script":

The Question is:

How to enable the first two checkboxes in the above image?
