Deploy VHD through GPO

Good afternoon all,

Does anyone perhaps know of a way of how to deploy a VHD throught a GPO?
I want a GPO that does the following:
- create a vhd, format as mbr, size 2GB, on a remote network folder ( my documents ), assign letter T:.

I know that I can do it manually via disk management but I don't want to do all the 200 computer manually.

Clients are: Windows 7 Pro (32-bits)
Server is: Server 2008 R2

Any help would be much appreciated.
