How do you turn off Content Advisor using Group Policy Objects?

I do not want to use this functionality since 99% of the websites that are viewed have no Content Rating and I have had to distribute a Content Supervisor Password just to allow people to browse the internet.

I have IE6, IE7 and IE8 in my Domain environment and originally implemented the Content Advisor to keep ____ out of the domain.  But since we can't view other websites either cause they have no Content Rating and the ____ is not rated either it has no effect.  Now it is a nuisance for me and others in the environment.

I have looked through all the GPO settings and have not found anything yet.  I have imported the settings from the system I am setting the GPO up on which has Content Advisor Disabled and yet it is not applied to any other system.  I am not looking forward to disabling the policy, putting hands on all the systems and all the logins for each system, then manually changing the setting and finally reseting the policy to disable that page in IE once again.

Anyone have an idea, or am I stuck with Sneakernet or Login Scripting to disable this useless functionality?
