We have a domain on Windows 2008R2 ( level win2003) and domain computer on windows xp and 7
Faced with strange problem, suddenly domain computers with WinXp stuck on "Loadin personal parameters"
So we enable user logon debag and find out that software restriction policy implement veeery slowly,somtimes up to 40 minutes.
Software restriction policy blocking some programs by hash rules.
It's funny that some policy moved from old DC and some it's new (about six month) but problem did appear only in june, and affecting only Windows XP.
I temporary remove software restriction policy but i want to understand why it's happen, and i hope somebody help investigate.
