Group Policy Infrastructure failed due to the error listed below

Hi All

I am having problem with the group policy on windows 2003 DC . when I go to windows XP sp3 and execute rsop.msc I am seeing red mark againest computer configuration and in error information getting the followin error. Any suggesition please

Note:  Due to the GP Core failure, none of the other Group Policy components processed their policy.  Consequently, status information for the other components is not available.
