IE 9 GPO on windows server 2003

Hello everyone

My DC is Windows  Server 2003 SP2. My client Computers are Windows 7 , Windows XP SP3, Windows XP SP2.

IE Versions in my network are IE6,7,8,9.  I want to add a URL as a trusted site  inSecurity - Local Intranet.

I will download the admin template for IE9 on windows server 2003 and apply through GPO , Willthis GPO be applied on all the versions of IE.

Please guide me exact GPO settings for adding URL in Security-Local Intranet.
