GPO configuration: Set dhcp configured client machines back to obtaining dns automatically and thus removing manual dns settings...

Over time, all client machines have had their IPv4 Network Properties Local Area Connection manually set to point to a primary and secondary DNS. I recently had to make changes to my DHCP server to have clients point to different DNS servers. Unfortunately, DHCP clients are holding on to their manual settings for Pri and Sec DNS instead of the DHCP server supplied DNS IPs.

In GPO, I need to find the setting to configure client machines to "Obtain DNS server address automatically" instead of "Use the following DNS server addresses".

I know, I know- it's simple, right? While looking through GPO editor, though, I find plenty of advanced options for DNS configuration but not the one to flip the radio button in Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Local Area Connection > Properties > IPv4 > DNS settings...

Thanks, all-

Barry
