Basically ... can we manage a group policy for IE10
from our Server 2008 Standard?
We have no plan to deploy Server 2012 anytime soon nor to use Windows 8.
according to:

"For managing IE10 with Group Policy Preferences you need to use a Windows 8 or Server 2012 Client with RSAT and GPMC."
I don't know why some of our PC got IE10 on it.
We didn't deploy it yet, MS Update also disabled.
