Make Local Partitions in Domain (Read Only)

Dear All

First I would Like to thanks for this useful Forum

I had a LAN contain many of PC's controlled by Domain by Group Policy and Active Directory 

Simply I would like to Control every Local Partition  in Every Client in Domain by Group Policy or by Registry

to make this partition (Read Only) that can user connect his Partition to copy files  from it  only
