Prevent adding local printer by AD policies

Hi every one,

I have a question, i need to block the option for add a local printer, the path is: Start + Devices and printers+ Add a printer, here appears 2 options: Add a local printer and add a network printer, i need to block the first one option...  By using policies from my AD, the pc's are using W7.

If any one knows if it is posible, i'd really preciate any answer.
