How to set or get Account policy like using 'auditpol' command on audit policy?

I don't want to edit account policy in a graphical interface like Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Local Security Policy.

if there is a way to let me control account policy using commands like "auditpol /set/get...." ?

I want to control it using script. My platform is windows server 2008 R2.
