I have implemented a GPO Central Store using http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929841/en-gb as a guide.
I have created \\<var>FQDN</var>\SYSVOL\<var>FQDN</var>\policies\PolicyDefinitions & the contents of C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions has been copied to the \\<var>FQDN</var>\SYSVOL\<var>FQDN</var>\policies\PolicyDefinitions. The GPO Admin detects the central location.
I have also converted 9 ADM files using ADMX Migrator http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/2008.02.utilityspotlight.aspx
ADMX Migrator converts the files ok.
The *.admx files are cpoied to \\<var>FQDN</var>\SYSVOL\<var>FQDN</var>\policies\PolicyDefinitions & *.adml copied to \\<var>FQDN</var>\SYSVOL\<var>FQDN</var>\policies\PolicyDefinitions\en-GB
Then when I open GPO Admin Console I get the following error
An appropriate resource file could not be found for file \\domainname.com\sysvol\domainname.com\Policies\PolicyDefinitions\anyfile.admx (error = 2): The system cannot find the file specified.
If I remove the converted ADM files it works ok again.
My PolicyDefinitions folder also includes an en-US this was copied when the copied the DC's local C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions to the central store.
The fault seems to be with the converted ADM files, I have spent a few days researching the problem but not yet manged to find a solution.
I have found this article which has the error that I am getting but it just refers to I have an incorrect language file but doens't really provide a solution to my problem.

Has any one else had issues with the central store & converted ADM file or know how I can resolve the problem?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I am running WIndows 2008 R2 SP1.
Thank you
Steve
