We ave Win7 workstations in a 2003 domain and are using AD to apply GPOs. I am using several GPOs to maintain a corporate environment. But I have run up against 2 snags that I need help on.
1) I have been able to restrict the deletion of browsing history and in-private browsing, but Temp Inet files and cookies are also prevented from deletion. Being able to delete the Temporary Internet Files and Cookies is seomtime useful. Is there a way to allow the deletion of these files, but yet still restriction the deletion of History and the use of in-private browsing?
2) I have restricted the changing of the desktop backgrounds and the use of themes, and have removed all of the defauly User Pictures, but is there a way to prevent using a custom picture for the User Picture?
