Our central store was created when we had server 2003 DC's and Windows Vista. All our DC's are now server 2008 R2 and we also have Windows 7. Vista computers will still be on the domain for another 6 months. The Win 7 ADMX files were added to the central store
We still have server 2003 on our domain, just no DC's. The issue we are seeing is that if we configure the Windows update service in the GPO to be manual instead of automatic - it is making the service completely disappear from our server 2003 servers! The GPO setting works correctly for our server 2008 servers.
If we remove that configuation from the group policy, then the service somes back on the server 2003 servers.
Any help would be appreciated.
