We have an IPsec policy that encrypts SNMP traffic and has been working fine until this week. We are currently running in mixed mode with Server 2012 and Server 2008 R2 DC's. Over the Weekend we moved the FSMO roles to one of the new Server 2012 DC's and now the IPSec policy is blocking the SNMP requests. The problem now is all our Solarwinds monitoring has stopped due to this policy. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this working again, without removing the policy? I did test and if I remove the policy the SNMP response works fine.
