Terminal service access

I've been given an extract of the domain admin users and have reviewed them as part of an audit I'm busy with with. All users are appropriate

1) I've then been given an extract of all AD users showing which groups they are part of.  Some of the users are part of the OU=ADMIN group but are not on the domain admin group. Am I correct is saying that they only have local admin rights and not full domain admin rights?

2) Then I've also been told that some of these users have been restricted to terminal service access but if I look at the list of groups that appear next to the name I can't tell the difference. How do I tell the diference between a local admin user and the terminal service users by looking at the groups that follow CN=USERNAME'
