GPO Administratively assigned offline files vs Network share Offline Settings

I have folder redirection setup for desktop icons and start menu icons. Under the share I have Offline Settings "All files and programs that users open from shared folders are automatically available offline" turned on. It works.

Trying to determine why I would even need to touch the setting in GP under Computer / Admin / Network for Offline files "Administratively assigned offline files" if the share I want to make offline has the option for "All files and programs that users open from shared folders are automatically available offline"

I've done a test without the GP "Administratively assigned offline files" set and the files sync over, because of what is set at the share level. What would be the usage for that setting in GP "Administratively assigned offline files" other then single files in a share ? Trying to clean up my group policy so that it doesn't contain useless items.
