When creating a GPP to access a "Shared" printer the SharePath obviously points to a Server share which is responsible to downloading the correct Print Driver to the client.
However when creating a "TCP/IP" printer GPP there is nowhere to input the path to the appropriate driver for that printer. This is obviously for when printing direct to a Network Printer without going via a Print Server so I cannot see how the client can find the correct driver without having some method of pointing to the appropriate path for download.
