Folder Redirection

Question for Folder Redirection: If a user has saved files to their homeshare and saved another file with the same name and type to their documents folder on a PC. When we enable folder redirection will one of those files get deleted or replaced? If so is there a way to prevent this? 

This is how my policy is currently setup:

Computer Configuration (Enabled)
Policies
Administrative Templates
Policy definitions (ADMX files) retrieved from the local machine.Network/Offline Files
Policy Setting Comment 
Allow or Disallow use of the Offline Files feature Disabled  
Prohibit user configuration of Offline Files Enabled  
Prevents users from changing any cache configuration settings.

Path: %HOMESHARE%%HOMEPATH%
Options
Grant user exclusive rights to Documents Disabled 
Move the contents of Documents to the new location Enabled 
Also apply redirection policy to Windows 2000, Windows 2000 server, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003 operating systems Disabled 
Policy Removal Behavior Leave contents 

Favorites
Setting: Basic (Redirect everyone's folder to the same location)
Path: %HOMESHARE%\Favorites
Options
Grant user exclusive rights to Favorites Disabled 
Move the contents of Favorites to the new location Enabled 
Also apply redirection policy to Windows 2000, Windows 2000 server, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003 operating systems Disabled 
Policy Removal Behavior Leave contents

Setting: Follow the Documents folder

I want to verify before I go production and my testing has produce some mixed results. I may just need to do more intensive testing.
