Question for Folder Redirection: If a user has saved files to their homeshare and saved another file with the same name and type to their documents folder on a PC. When we enable folder redirection will one of those files get deleted or replaced? If so is there a way to prevent this?

I want to verify before I go production and my testing has produce some mixed results. I may just need to do more intensive testing.
