The requirement is to delete an Outlook customization file from the Microsoft Office Folder on Windows 7 and Windows Vista clients. For all users, we will doing this via group policy preference settings. Can you please confirm if this can be done by following path : -
Computer config > prefernces> File Settings > File
Action: delete
Destination Path : %programfiles%\Microsoft Office\Custom12.prf
