Windows NTP Time Sync Group Policy

In our environment we have 1 windows 2k8 R2 server - Server 1
Server 1 is PDC
We have over 100 XP/Win 7 computers

Server 1 is configured as authoritative time server

ISSUE: Sometimes the clock on our Windows client computers goes behind or goes ahead of what the actual time. I want to create a group policy which can force a client to sync with Server 1 for time settings. I have a test OU on which I would like to apply this policy first. Then drag a computer with incorrect time in it & check if the time syncs with Server 1. I have gone through this link techlauve.com - a knowledge base for IT professionals. » How To: Time Sync Across Windows Network but it doesn't produce the required results.

I want is when a computer is built offline or a computer having incorrect time is thrown in that GPO, the time syncs with my NTP/PDC. Is there a way of doing that?

Thanks in advance.
