How do I Disable Password Caching in IE 8 and IE 9?

How do I Disable Password Caching in IE 8 and IE 9?

I found information regarding "DisablePasswordCaching", but this works only on my older version of Windows XP and Internet Explorer 7 (i think).  It does not work when using Windows 7 x86 and Internet Explorer 8.

I also found something regarding "Network access: Do not allow storage of credentials or .NET Passports for network authentication" and in Windows 7 RSAT GPMC "Network access: Do not allow storage of passwords and credentials for network authentication".

I don't know if the GPO isn't taking or if the setting don't do what I want them to.
