Server 2008 r2 and IE9 proxy

I am running a Windows Server 2008 R2, with IE10 installed. I have found the new administrative templates for IE, and I notice IE8 settings is still in the same place.

IE8 settings are being picked up by clients fine, but anything with IE9+ does not pick up the proxy settings. Where are the proxy options in Administrative Templates? I can only see the option to protect them from being tampered with.
