Need to give READ access to drive on Windows 7 instance but Write access to a specific application for PICTURES (jpeg etc) only - see below for more details

We have a business requirement:

Need to give READ access (only) to drive (e.g. P drive) on Windows 7 instance but Write access to a specific application (in particular YOUCAM a picture taking software) with PICTURES (jpeg etc) only  on the same drive (e.g. P)

Any ideas or suggestions ?
