IE 6 and IE 10 GPO manangement

I have similar issue with IE 10. We have a 2003 Domain with 2003 R2 domain controllers at present. We also have an old Citrix 4.5 environment that currently production. We have installed a new Citrix XenDesktop 7 environment that we are going to migrate to by end of year. We have to run IE 6 and IE 10 together until we can switch over to our new Citrix environment completely. If I install the IE10 inetres.adm file on my doamin controllers and do the update process, would this cause problem for IE 6 GPO?
