how do you add sites to the trusted sites in IE?

I have spent over 8 hours trying to figure this sh!t out.  I have tried the registry and GPO's and no matter what I do nothing works.   I've looked at over 50 web sites and nothing has worked.  

I need to add the following sites to the IE 7/8 Trusted Sites.

173.15.101.195

174.14.20.28

http://174.16.101.192

http://portal

http://bbt334.bh.qnet.com

How do I do this?
