Working ADMX Files

Hello Everyone,

I have some concerns about the ADMX group policy settings that i need to get clear.

Most of my machines are on Office 2013 32bit and a number on 64bit, i have 32 and 64 office 2013 templates, now which do paste on central store? how do i manage the two on GP?

On workstations am running XP, Windows 7 and Window 8, if replace the existing admx files on central store with Windows 8 ones will settings be compatible with the previous versions? how do i manage this too.
