USB block and Proxy exception settings are not getting applied on machine automatically

Hi Guys,

I am facing an weird issue in my environment where I have deployed few setting's through group policy.

Now the observation is if I manually do "gpupdate" on client machine's it's works means all exception settings of IE browser get's applied even all settings of USB block gets applied.

But automatically it's does not happens.

It's strange behavior that some time's it works some  time it's not.

I have mixed mode OS in my environment, I have Few XP sp3, Windows 7 32 & 64, Windows 8 and 8.1 also.

Please suggest.
