Deploy internet Exploere setting server2003 with windows7

Now i user server 2003 R2 STD for use GPO , Client
windows 7 x32 x64 user IE8 IE9.




I need to
setting on IE8 IE9 on windows7

1. Setting Defaulte URL
2.Trust Site
list
3.Eanble All Active X on IE
4.


Now i setting already but
policy cannot apply to client, run gpupdate /force both client and server , User
under policy and check enforce policy already.
