how to remove software using a gpo

hi all,

I installed some software (tightVNC) using a batch file which basically copied the setup file from the server to the client.

NVC has installed itself as a service . . . I need to somehow remove VNC and the service from all my machines on the network using a GPO. I have managed to work out how to remove the reg file but cannot work out how to remove the actual exe and service.

I am struggling . . .any help please?
