Dear All,

I have problem with my windows environment. Below is the details of condition

Configuration (Group Policy Management):

Old Configuration

Name Order Action  Path
T:   1     Replace \\htistrsvr\02_HTIData
U:   2     Replace \\htistrsvr\02_HTIManagement
V:   3     Replace \\htistrsvr\02_HTIMultimedia
W:   4     Replace \\htistrsvr\02_HTIPublic
X:   5     Replace \\htistrsvr\e-FILING
Y:   6     Replace \\htistrsvr\hti_public
Z:   7     Replace \\htistrsvr\hti_data

New Configuration

Name Order Action  Path
T:   1     Replace \\htibackupsvr\02_HTIData
U:   2     Replace \\htibackupsvr\02_HTIManagement
V:   3     Replace \\htibackupsvr\02_HTIMultimedia
W:   4     Replace \\htibackupsvr\02_HTIPublic
X:   5     Replace \\htibackupsvr\e-FILING
Y:   6     Replace \\htistrsvr\hti_public
Z:   7     Replace \\htistrsvr\hti_data

Topology:

(users)---(htistrsvr)---(switch)---20 Mbps---(switch)---(htibackupsvr)---(AD server)

*users & htistrsvr located at office, htibackupsvr & AD server located at data center (colocation)

*Office & data ceter is using layer 2 connection

Description:

I have migrated my file sharing server from old server to the new server. So, I must changed the network drive mapping configuration in group policy management on my AD server (as shown on above picture), but I still leave some network drive which is linked to old server (in this case Y: \\htistrsvr\hti_public and Z: \\htistrsvr\htidata). Since then, sometime our users cannot map to the new network drive (T: U: V: W: X:) automatically, but old network drive (Y: Z:) can map automatically as soon as they log in. This case is often occured on peak time (working hour). Could you help me please to find out the root cause and the solution of this problem?
