Seven : change Default Programs

Hello,

I would like to change Default Programs Seven uses with GPO. It means do the same thing I can do with the option Start/Set Default Programs.

I've seen that I could do it with Folder/Open with but it works only with file extension, not protocol like mailto: for example.

Is there a way to do it ?
