remove reg file with a gpo / script

hi all, I need to remove a reg file from the following locations

hllm/software and hklm/software/wow6432node

I have deployed a reg file to the above location using a script and noticed the reg file is incorrect I therefore really need to remove it from approx. 60 machines!

what is the best way to do this?
