change the order in which gpos run

ok . . I have two gpo's

- one to remove a reg key

- one to stop a service

however I need the gpo that stops the service to run before the gpo that removes the reg key or the reg key fails to be removed as the service is still running

is there a way to make the gpo's apply in a specific order?
