Folder Redirection of Outlook file

we are trying to setup folder redirection so that when we move a user to a different computer we can easily setup their email. we want to redirect the outlook data file so we can just add the data file so we do not have to go through the process of setting up their email on the new machine. is there a way using folder redirection to redirect the location of the Outlook Data file???
