Internet Explorer Favorites Local Policy needs overriding

Hello,

I have an issue, a number of PCs have been deployed which contain a local policy for Internet Explorer which 'delete existing favorites and links, if present'.

I set a group policy to enable only 'Place favorites and links at the top of the list in the order specified below', however that just turns the delete existing favorites and links option to not configured.

I want to undo that setting, short of manually connecting to each machines local policy (gpedit) and changing the setting to off I am at a loss as to how we can remedy this?

Update - I've found the setting in \\pcname\c$\WINDOWS\system32\GroupPolicy\User\MICROSOFT\IEAK\install.ins - "FavoritesDelete=0x308F".
