Client to work directly on file server

Hi Friends,

i want to enable on my client running windows 7 to logon to server directly on booting their computer. I actually want all clients to work directly on the file server. I am having difficulties solving this problem.

Can someone give idea to solve the problem above, if its possible to do so...
