Deploying printer with condition

Dear All,

We need to replace network printers and I'm wondering if I can use group policy for it.

The group policy should check if a user has a certain printer installed and if yes replace with two new ones (color printing and blackwhite printing)

I know a script should do the job, but is there a way group policy preference can do the job. I'm not good with scripting.
