GPupdate continuosly fails with Sysvol error reading gpt.ini. Small Domain with 2 DCs, errors replicating DFS because of server reboots seems to be main issue. I would like to get help troubleshooting Group policy processing, component status errors.

Hello, I have been trying to find the answers to my questions here for about 2 weeks,  now I am tired of troubleshooting.  I have 2 major problems.  Group Policy will usually end up with the famous error The processing of Group Policy failed. Windows attempted to read the file \\Research.local\SysVol\Research.local\Policies\{2CA558C3-AD72-46CD-896A
-C00046D815DC}\gpt.ini from a domain controller and was not successful. Group Po
licy settings may not be applied until this event is resolved. This issue may be .... you know the rest.  I have often gotten it to apply successfully after some time on some computers, but eventually will happen again.  I have not even begun to implement the policies that I need, So far I have about 15 and they are just scratching the surface.  When I test out GroupPolicy Results Wizard it works on some computers in domain but others always have an X in Components.   I have read the Group Policy Resource Kit, but still cannot solve this problem, DNS seems fine, I can ping everybody, etc.  I will submit any information that you guys need to troubleshoot the problem.                                                                                                                                                                  My other problem is that AD Certificate Services Web Enrollment is not working, I guess i will start another thread for that...
