Custom Password Filter

Hi ALL,

I have created a custom password sample which is placed at below location(PasswordFilter)

this sample is working fine in windows XP SP2 and windows server SP2

But it's not working in Windows server 2008 and windows server 2003 SP1 (The dll it self is not getting load)

Any idea what's wrong i am doing or is there any setting that i need to apply.

Please check the above code suggests me the solution.
