Remote Desktop Services Timeout - Group Policy Settings

Our users all use Remote Desktop Services.  By default, all users are disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity by Group Policy. We have a user group called "IT" for whom we want to disable this disconnection, so they can stay connected for as long as required.

I've created a new OU called ExtendedHours which has "Never" set for disconnections under both User and Computer configurations.  I've added the IT staff to this policy too.

However, a previous OU called "Client" has values set for 15 minutes to disconnect users under Computer configuration.  This OU appears to be overriding the ExtendedHours OU, thus still logging off IT staff!

How do I go about stopping this from happening?  The Client OU is at number 16 in the Link list and the ExtendedHours is at 17 (out of 17) in the Link list..

Any ideas please?

Regards.
