Multiple GPOs on the same server

Hello,

I have several GPOs going to the same server and concerning sometimes the same fields...

How are they processed?

I have a GPO at the high level:

AD > OU1

then another GPO at a lowere level

AD >OU1 > SUB1 > SUB2

One field is common so which value will be applied?

How to list the precedence between GPOs?
