how to enable CTRL+DEL+ALT option on WIndows 7

Hi All,

We have Windows 2008 R2 domain controllers and WIndows 7 client. We need to enable the CTRL+ALT+DEL option on all WIn 7 Machines.

Can you please guide us, what would be the policy means computer or user based? Also I dont want to modify our Default DOmain policy, so i create any other one. will it override the default domain policy?
