No ask for elevation just for IE through GPO.......

Hello.

I have a User that needs to download Activex Controls and Add-ons from a web page that give him the access to all the security cameras (Around 30), What is the problem?, each time that he click to select different cameras the access tell him that he needs elevation.

I don’t want that he has administrator access to install software.

I make a GPO that has:

• Internet Zone\Download Unsigned ActiveX Control\Enable
• Trusted Zone\ Download Unsigned ActiveX Control\Enable (previously I add the zone to Trusted Zone

Why it ask him for an elevation? What I’m forgetting?
